    As a mum herself Ally is qualified in Pre and Postnatal pregnancy. Fit Mums sessions are structured so you can bring your baby or child along to the sessions with you. There have been many boot camp babies to date and we are looking forward to the new arrivals

    Personal Training sessions are tailored to the client. A one on one session with Ally, together we discuss your goals. Then a fully customized program is developed just for you. Full body composition and fitness testing included with personal training. Perfect for beginners or someone wanting a step up from boot camp!

    Winter Swim Squad starts in June every year and runs through to September. You must be able to swim 25m confidently to join the swim squad Private Surf Set and swimming lessons also available

    Tuesday Morning Run Group - 6am It does not matter if you are, just new to running or training for a marathon. We will find the right pace for you, train for your next running event with us!
